Putnam's Landing subdivision is roughly 148 acres located on the south west end of Lake Livingston off of FM 3126 and Putnam's Landing Dr. Near the State Park. We are a deed restricted community with an active Board of Directors who meet every other month starting in February on the second Saturday of the month at 0900, property owners are always welcome to attend. The annual Property Owners Meeting and Board of Directors election is held on the third Saturday of July at 6 PM at the community building located at 222 Gwendolyn Dr. Our community has a private permitted boat ramp access to Lake Livingston from FM 3126 and Estate Rd where our property owners and guests enjoy the family water sports and fishing that the lake has to offer.
